A pioneering design and architecture company specialising in sustainable bamboo structures is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead and inspire their design team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in sustainable or natural materials-based projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape and TwinMotion). Revit and Rhino proficiency is a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and guide junior designers.
- Extensive experience in space planning, FFE design, material selection, and interior detailing.
- Excellent creative and conceptual design abilities, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and eco-friendly projects.
- Strong communication and client management skills, able to present design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with sustainable architectural principles.
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall interior and FFE plans.
- Select and specify sustainable materials, furniture, and finishes, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and environmental impact.
- Create detailed interior layouts, 3D visualisations, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Conduct research on sustainable design innovations, keeping the company at the forefront of eco-friendly interior design.
- Attend site visits and oversee project implementation, ensuring that the final execution reflects the original design vision.
