KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they align with FINNS Bali's vision, brand identity, and design standards.
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating the latest trends, functionality, and sustainability practices.
  • Produce detailed, accurate design plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery, from design through to construction and installation.
  • Oversee the implementation of design solutions, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail are maintained throughout the project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with a background in hospitality, residential, or high-end commercial projects.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for producing accurate technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D rendering tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and diverse interior design projects, with an emphasis on spatial design, color theory, and materiality.
  • Experience in managing large-scale design projects from initial concept to completion, including coordinating schedules, budgets, and teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
