A pioneering design and architecture company specialising in sustainable bamboo structures is looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in sustainable or natural materials-based projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape and TwinMotion). Revit and Rhino proficiency is a plus.
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with a passion for sustainability and natural materials like bamboo.
- Basic knowledge of furniture design, space planning, and material selection.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate ideas into functional designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing interior design concepts that align with sustainable architectural principles.
- Support senior designers and architects in creating detailed interior layouts and design proposals.
- Select and specify materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring eco-friendly and high-quality standards.
- Prepare mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualisations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
- Conduct research on sustainable materials and design innovations to enhance projects.
- Assist in site visits and project coordination, ensuring the interior design vision is successfully implemented.
