Summary

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Keraton at The Plaza, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum two years’ work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing or a similar position.
- Agile and adaptable leader with a strategic focus and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in pre-opening and opening hotel is a plus, including market analysis, brand positioning and sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the local and/ or luxury market is essential.
