**About the job Branch Manager (General Insurance)**:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an Insurance Company. They are Chinese Insurance Company in Indonesia and is looking for talent to join their business expansion in Indonesia.

**JOB SUMMARY**

This role will lead the Branch in Bandung and report to the Director in Head Office Jakarta. In addition to fulfilling revenue target. This role will also be tsked to manage the day to day operation of the branch.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the Representative office in Branch.
- Responsible for supervising and controlling branch's day to day operation.
- Provide regular reporting to Head Office as per required.
- Identify and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients to enhance the brand of the company.
- Craft proposal and ROI for prospect clients and present them to Head Office if required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Marketing Lead.
- Highly prefer talent that are used to managed a Branch.
- Must have background and good understanding of non-life insurance.
- Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred.
