PT MNC Finance
is seeking a highly driven and experienced
Branch Manager
to lead our
Kredit Multiguna (KMG)
business in Bandung. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the branch performance, and ensuring operational excellence for
multipurpose loans with SHM/SHGB collateral
. This role requires strong business acumen, market knowledge, and proven leadership in the financial services and secured lending industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch operations and sales performance for
    KMG (Kredit Multiguna)
    products.
  • Drive business acquisition and maintain portfolio growth in
    Bandung & surrounding areas
    .
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property agents, business partners, and local communities.
  • Ensure proper credit assessment, collateral valuation (SHM/SHGB), and compliance with lending policies.
  • Monitor credit quality, portfolio performance, and collection effectiveness.
  • Manage branch team (sales, credit & operations) to meet performance targets.
  • Ensure branch operational excellence and compliance with company SOP & regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in financial services, banking, or multifinance industry — specifically in
    multipurpose secured loan / Kredit Multiguna
    segment.
  • Strong understanding of
    secured loan products
    with
    SHM/SHGB collateral
    .
  • Familiar with
    Bandung market
    , customer profile, and potential business networks.
  • Proven track record in
    branch leadership, sales management, and performance delivery
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business development skills.
  • High integrity, results-driven, and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
