**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead Host role.
- Experience with VIP guests, international clients and high-profile service environments.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about luxury service and guest satisfaction.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing guest needs in operations.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- On-call availability may be required for high-movement or emergencies.
