We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team at FINNS Bali. This role plays a critical part in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction and maintenance projects across our resort and hospitality facilities. You will ensure that all work is executed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily construction and maintenance activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and maintain documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections and provide solutions to resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in line with safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and company standards.
- Assist in the planning and budgeting of construction works.
- Provide technical support for repair, renovation, and upgrade projects within the FINNS Bali facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:
