**Location**:Canggu, Badung - Bali

**Job descriptions**:

- Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational consistency
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Oversee inventory levels, including stock replenishment, product ordering, and stocktaking
- Manage product displays and merchandising to maximize sales and maintain store presentation standards
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including store layout, signage, and product presentation
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about stock levels and merchandising strategies

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related role, with proven experience in coordinating retail operations and leading a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Good appearance
