**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or home & living brands.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; professional and approachable demeanour.
- Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative tasks (reports, order tracking, scheduling).
- Willing to work weekend shifts when required.
- Experience in B2B sales, pop-ups, or showroom sales is preferred.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-focused mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Central Department Store, Grand Indonesia.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Promote products, build customer relationships, and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Manage after-sales administrative tasks such as delivery coordination, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Join monthly sales meetings to share updates, feedback, and performance insights.
- Support pop-up shops, in-store events, and atrium activities together with the marketing and operations teams.
- Handle B2B inquiries and maintain communication with partners, hotels, and retailers.
- Coordinate inventory and delivery schedules between the showroom and warehouse.
- Provide input on customer preferences and market trends to support product and marketing development.
