A Bali-based surfboard manufacturer and custom shaping studio, known for producing high-performance boards for surfers of all levels, is currently seeking a **Retail Sales Representative** to join their vibrant team.

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about retail sales and the surf lifestyle. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience by offering expert advice, product knowledge, and friendly service.

Whether you’re an experienced surfer or simply someone who enjoys being around beach culture, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, strong people skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organised during busy hours.
- Physically fit to manage daily retail tasks including restocking and light lifting.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Interest or knowledge in surf culture or surf products is highly desirable (though not required).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences and surfing needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Open and close the POS system daily and prepare basic sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock organisation.
- Receive and unpack new inventory and ensure shelves are consistently restocked.
- Coordinate home delivery or custom orders when requested by customers.
- Actively promote ongoing store promotions, seasonal offers, and new arrivals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in inventory checks and ensure accurate product pricing and labeling.
- Support marketing events, in-store activations, or special brand collaborations.
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork with fellow staff and supervisors.
