The Retail Sales staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of FINNS Bali's retail stores. This position plays a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a positive shopping experience by providing product knowledge and maintaining a friendly, welcoming approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide product recommendations and assist guests with purchases.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store, including merchandise display and cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, support inventory counts, and restock items as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure that all retail spaces reflect the brand's image and presentation standards.
  • Report damaged or missing stock to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Proven of experience in retail or customer service roles (experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is a plus).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Presentable appearance and knowledge of basic sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player with attention to detail and high level of reliability.
