AMOR MIA is looking for a confident, fashion-driven someone to join our Bali team.

If you live and breathe style, love connecting with people, and have a keen eye for fashion and aesthetics — we want you on our floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Present and suggest items from our collections (RTW, corsets, swimwear, and more).
  • Provide styling advice that reflects each client's personality and enhances their look.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, displays, folding, and restocking with precision.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support customers in fitting rooms and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, and backstock organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional Amor Mia experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Fashion-forward, with a strong personal style and passion for clothing & styling.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends or peak periods.
  • Able to stand for long hours and handle light lifting.
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be able or willing to commute to Pererenan, Badung.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: IDR 5–6 million/month (depending on experience)
  • Plus: Commission, quarterly bonuses, and performance incentives
  • BPJS, paid leave, and employee discounts on AMOR MIA collections
