**About the Company**:
A Branch Manager opportunity is open at a sustained company in healthcare industry to optimizing their end to end branch operations and to increase the sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Sales and Project, preferably with experience in heavy or machinery industry
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing sales programs and activities.
- Able to work individually and self-driven
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
- A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge
