- Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales.

- Evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collections on regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking in managing branches. Experience in supply chain business will be a plus point.
- Expert in managing sales, credit, and collection functions.
- Strong leadership, proven integrity, and good network in the area
