As an experienced and senior corporate finance professional, you will join a multi-country high-performing team and lead our M&A and ECM efforts in Indonesia.In this role you will be responsible for originating and executing cross border M&A and equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and block trades, whilst collaborating with regional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
You will cultivate and manage relationships with clients including large corporate and financial sponsor clients to continue building on Macquarie Capital’s track record in Indonesia.
- What you offer
- 10-15 years’ experience M&A and Capital Markets originating and executing deals within the Resources, Industrials, Infrastructure or TMT sectors
- Existing connections and Indonesia/SE Asia client relationshipsFluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
