We are seeking a Finance Director who will lead the change in managing and developing Ismaya Group’s financial functions, from overseeing finance operations and cash flow management to crafting financial strategies that will guide our growth.
- Manage and improve financial operations of the Group Companies.
- Ensure that financial insights are delivered in order to improve the business, and financial planning being executed on time and monitoring is done effectively.
- Prepare, manage, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management and stakeholders.
- Manage key financial ratios including liquidity ratios, break - even analysis, and burn rate monitoring.
- Ensure the company is meeting fiduciary and regulatory obligations and is compliant at all times.
- Define and develop corporate tax strategy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable university.
- Have 10+ years experience working in Hospitality/ Food & Beverage or Retail industries.
- Deep understanding and experience in implementing ERP software implementation and deployment is required.
- Experience of budgeting, planning, management accounting and corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting, accounting policies and standards, tax management, cost accounting and financial management systems.
- Treasure and Cash Management experience.
- Strong leadership and good project management skills.
