**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and business plan, aligning with the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors.
- **Corporate Finance Advisory**: Oversee the firm’s corporate finance advisory services, including M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and financial strategy development for clients.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners, to expand the firm’s presence in the Indonesian market.
- **Client Engagement**: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued partnership through the delivery of value-driven advisory services.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee the firm’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the firm.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that the firm complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards in Indonesia and internationally.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed of market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to anticipate challenges and opportunities for the firm.
- **Board Reporting**: Regularly report to the Board of Directors on the firm’s performance, strategic initiatives, and any significant developments affecting the business.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within a corporate advisory, investment banking, or financial services firm.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and financial analysis. Experience in advising on large-scale transactions and strategic financial planning.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
- **Business Acumen**: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors.
- **Relationship Management**: Strong network within the corporate finance and investment community in Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asia region.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to think strategically and critically, with a focus on long-term success and value creation for the firm.

**Experience**:
