**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and build a team of telesales
- Responsible for team performance and growth
- Monitor performance issues that occur within the team on a daily basis
- Provide performance reports
- Set targets as necessary to meet the company’s regulations
- Complaint handling
- Listen to calls every day to ensure that the calls meet company SOPs
- Adhoc

**Requirements**:

- Minimal Bachelor’s degree
- Previous 1 year experience working as a telesales assistant manager or manager
- Experience in telesales preferred
- Strong managerial and telesales skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to write and present reports and a team player
- Familiar with handling massive data using excel or other data analytics platform
- Fluent in English
