Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengelola dan membina tim telesales, termasuk bekerjasama dengan pihak 3 terkait, merekrut, melatih, dan memotivasi anggota tim untuk mencapai target penjualan.
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi telesales dan retensi nasabah, termasuk pelaksanaan program terkait dan pendukungnya, yang efektif untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan.
  • Memantau dan menganalisis kinerja tim telesales dan channel digital terkait dalam strategi Retensi serta mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan dan tindakan korektif yang diperlukan.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran dan penjualan lainnya untuk mengkoordinasikan upaya penjualan yang terintegrasi.
  • Menyiapkan laporan kinerja dan memberikan masukan strategis kepada manajemen senior.
  • Menjadi panutan bagi tim, dengan mendemonstrasikan keterampilan menjual yang unggul dan mempertahankan standar layanan pelanggan yang tinggi.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • S1 Marketing, Data Engineer, Keuangan, Research, Statistik, Matematika, Ekonomi, atau jurusan yang berhubungan dengan analisis & marketing.
  • Pengalaman min 2 tahun dalam Risk/Business Development/Marketing Intelligence di industri multifinance dan perbankan.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan telesales / channel digital dalam pemasaran product Multifinance
  • Keahlian dalam menggunakan alat-alat analisis dan presentasi (Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, Graphing, Power Point), Report Writing, Administration management, Marketing Plan, Product Program
