Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance
Achieve assigned sales targets by managing all telesales activities, conducting prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, negotiating, and closing deals. - Manage Customer Relationships
Grow and maintain a strong customer base by understanding client needs, conducting follow-ups, making calls or visits when needed, and ensuring a positive customer experience to increase active customers. - Handle Daily Indoor Sales Operations
Perform all indoor sales tasks according to company guidelines, provide online presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure professional phone communication at all times. - Maintain Accurate Data & Systems Usage
Keep customer information updated in SAP and C4C, ensure proper input of sales activities and contacts, and consistently use the company systems in daily operations. - Coordinate with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales support and customer service teams on orders, shipments, returns, and product information, and provide technical/commercial support to the telesales team when required. - Support Brand & Team Development
Promote the company's products to strengthen brand presence, and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment while helping maintain a stable and effective indoor sales team.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience
Holds a bachelor's degree and has a minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales support roles. - Technical & System Skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, able to do sales costing in Excel, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. - Industry Knowledge
Experience or exposure to industries like Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Data Center, Mining, Manufacturing, or Construction is an advantage. - Work Style & Language Ability
Able to work independently and collaboratively, communicates well in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and thrives in a target-driven environment. - Availability & Professional Skills
Has strong communication and customer-handling abilities and is willing to join the company immediately
