**SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE)**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving the sale and leasing of industrial properties, optimizing tenant acquisition and retention and meeting business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and understand market demand, using the insights gained to make strategic decisions.
- Actively identify and engage with potential buyers and tenants seeking for industrial land and factories. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales and leasing of our industrial properties.
- Execution of targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to effectively promote our industrial park and reach the right audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants and buyers, addressing their needs with prompt, professional service to ensure excellence throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with project planning, finance, and other key departments to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing or related industries with proven track record in industrial real estate
- Strong data analysis and performance measurement skills
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial park operations and commercial real estate dynamics
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing industrial real estate
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Development Industry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
