Sales Marketing and Operation Manager

**Job Description**:
Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Non-Academic Operations, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the overall growth and smooth operation of the kindergarten's non-academic areas. This position is responsible for driving student enrollment through effective marketing and sales strategies, while also overseeing the school's non-academic operational functions, including facilities, staff management (non-teaching), and general school administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Sales:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Manage the school's branding, promotional campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance through metrics and data-driven insights (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement).
- Create and maintain relationships with parents, local community groups, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the school.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure alignment between academic programs and marketing messaging.
- Non-Academic Operations:

- Oversee daily non-academic operations, including facility management, maintenance, and general administration.
- Manage non-teaching staff, ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service. Ensure that the school environment is safe, welcoming, and conducive to both learning and play.
- Develop and monitor the budget for non-academic operations, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement of non-academic supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and budget control.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, sales, and non-academic operations teams.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure accountability across departments.
- Work closely with the academic director to ensure seamless integration between academic and non-academic areas of the school.
- Strategy & Development: Develop and execute short
- and long-term strategies for marketing, sales, and operational excellence. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the kindergarten as a member of the leadership team.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or operational roles, ideally within the education sector or a service-oriented business.
- Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets.
- Experience in managing facilities and operations, preferably in a school or similar environment.
