Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies, including setting goals and objectives, conducting market research, and creating and managing budgets
  • Building and tracking marketing campaigns, and monitoring metrics to determine their success
  • Creating a strong brand

  • Boosting company sales
  • Delivering value to customers and leads
  • Collecting feedback from customers
  • Managing the marketing team, including inspiring, guiding, and developing team members
  • Monitoring and analyzing data related to lead generation, engagement, funnel tracking, and automation
  • Presenting marketing campaigns to organizational leadership, and sharing details to direct marketing activities
  • Dealing with a range of people and personalities in different roles, both inside and outside the organization

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field. A master's degree in marketing or a related field is highly recommended.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion industry.
  • Relevant marketing certifications are helpful for standing out among other candidates.
  • Proven portfolio

  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Confidence to use initiative
  • A positive and approachable manner
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Analytical skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
