As the Community Lead, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our community through various initiatives, campaigns, and events. Your goal will be to enhance community engagement, attract new members, and create a vibrant environment for discussions and collaborations.

**What You Will Do At HeLa Labs?**
- Community Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the HeLa community across various platforms (Upgrade to see actual info, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
- Campaign Management:
Plan and execute community campaigns, including AMAs, podcasts, giveaways, and partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials that resonate with our audience.
- Feedback Loop:
Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and community initiatives.
- Metrics Tracking:
Monitor community growth and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
- Event Coordination:
Organize and manage community events, both online and offline.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in blockchain or tech-related fields.
- Ability to build and develop brand image through visual elements, brand identity, and overall website appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community engagement data.
- Passion for blockchain technology and the HeLa ecosystem.
- Established connections within the blockchain community and experience working with KOLs.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging campaigns.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the crypto space.
