**Job Summary**:
Operational Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall management of the hotel’s physical assets, including buildings, guest rooms, facilities, and technical systems. This role ensures that all areas of the property are functioning efficiently, safely, and in accordance with hotel standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
- Ensure all utility systems (electrical, water, plumbing) are operating properly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for services, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Develop and manage a schedule for routine and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor departmental spending, including purchasing of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Lead and supervise the House Keeping, Front Office, engineering/maintenance team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the property.
- Manage property security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Assist in the planning and execution of renovation or construction projects.
- Provide regular reports on property conditions to the General Manager or executive team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management especially Hotel Management or related field from accredited hospitality school.
- At least **2 years of experience** in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experienced in fluent English communication with foreign guests
- Strong technical knowledge in OTA dan reservation systems (Cloudbed is preferred)
- Familiar with safety regulations and hospitality maintenance standards.
- Capable of preparing maintenance reports and using property management systems.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and work flexible hours if needed.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work from Kuta, Lombok

**Job Type**: Contract
