**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in achieving revenue goals by actively identifying and developing business opportunities across key market segments. This role assists in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve room and banquet revenue targets.
- Actively solicit business through sales calls, telemarketing, and networking events.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
- Support the team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in conducting client site inspections, familiarization trips (fam trips), and follow-up communications.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

**3. Sales Administration & Reporting**
- Maintain and update client database (CRM) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Events, F&B) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings and events.

**4. Event & Group Coordination**
- Assist in managing group reservations, event planning, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless guest experience during group stays or functions.

**5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, pricing, and promotional opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/booking systems.
- Fluency in English (additional language is a plus).
