We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Reservation Supervisor** with advanced customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and partners.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position at an inbound tour operator or related fields.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good communication, and relationship skills.
- Experience with hotel product knowledge.
- Multi-tasking, time-management skills, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Adapts well to change and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Placement in Yogyakarta.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As Reservation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of the Reservation team, including:

- Lead and supervise a team of reservations, providing direction, and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing and ensuring all service required for the Booking (Accommodation) is booked and confirmed.
- Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve any reservation issues or complaints with maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client's needs are met.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
