**Tasks**
- You will closely work to collaborate and cooperate with the Industry Service team to support related Projects to provide value added to the customers.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Establish and manage the cost control system to monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to support project planning and execution.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and provide reports on cost performance, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and cost control.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to manage and track project costs and budgets.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including schedule and cost performance, to senior management and clients.
- Participate in project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential cost and schedule risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project planning and cost control.

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost control, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and cost control tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives within budget and on schedule.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project planning and cost control.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
