Posisi sebagai Middle Project Officer akan kami tempatkan pada bagian perusahaan bernama BINAR Education. BINAR Education adalah bagian dari Tim BINAR yang fokus pada pemberian layanan perusahaan di produk BINAR Workshop dan BINAR Bootcamp. Sehingga nantinya talenta yang diterima akan kami tempatkan pada kedua layanan tersebut. Terdapat 3 skema pekerjaan, yakni: 1. Hybrid (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area) 2. Remote (seluruh area di Indonesia) 3. Onsite (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area) Apa yang akan anda terima jika terpilih menempati posisi ini? 1. Gaji Kompetitif. Sertifikat ini dapat dilampirkan pada Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI). 4. Jalur Karier. Memberikan peluang perkembangan karier yang terstruktur." General Criteria **1. YOE**: 2 years (Education, Education Technology, Psychology, Psychology, Sociology, etc) 2. Understand basic learning process and project management 3. Have an organizational experience 4. Good communicators (professional communication) 5. Tech Savvy 6. Problem solving skill Qualification 1. Able to use video conferences as learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc) and its feature 2. Able to create digital forms (optimal, not redundant, and efficient datapoint acquisition using Google Form) and create simple slide deck 3. Able to do data analysis using spreadsheet and understand the basic function (descriptive analysis, lookup, if, rank, arrayformula, sort, and importrange) 4. Able to operate several supporting learning tools (Google Classroom, Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc) 5. Able to conduct two-ways communication sessions as MC / Moderator and co-facilitator 6. Able to do basic learning engagement strategy (ice breaking) 7. Able to do a consultative session to troubleshoot student issue
