Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sudirman for a Middle/Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring quality standards, conducting inspections, and optimizing project processes. The role also requires efficient management of logistics and timely resolution of project risks to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as
    Project Manager / Scrum Master
    in
    banking, financial services, or fintech projects
    .
  • Hands-on experience delivering
    digital/mobile banking initiatives
    , such as digital payments, core banking integration, or API banking.
  • Strong capability in
    project planning, tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk control
    .
  • Proven experience working with
    cross-functional teams
    (business, backend, mobile app, QA, infrastructure, vendor).
  • Solid understanding of
    security & regulatory standards in banking
    (BI/OJK, ISO, UAT/SIT governance) — a big plus.
  • Ability to manage
    tight timelines and multiple workstreams
    , ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / Engineering or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/CSM certifications
    are highly beneficial.
