We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting professional who is passionate about entrepreneurship and engaged with our mission, to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, manage, and organize an Accelerator Program. You are a mature, structured thinker, a hustler at the same time, show strong ability in project management and have experience working with a high-performing team.

Position
- Role: Project Officer
- Reports to: Business Development Team
- Works with: Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Endeavor Mentors, network members, and other members of the global Endeavor network.
- Period: 1-year contract

**Roles**:

- Lead, manage, and organize an Accelerator Program.
- Manage multiple stakeholders within the programs.
- Maintain documentation of the projects (activities & finances) to be recorded, kept, and compiled as reports.
- Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progress of the projects.
- Responsible for post-program management that includes feedback, overall improvement of program delivery, and alums engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Strong ability in project management
- Strong ability in written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships with a wide range of people & multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Adaptable, demonstrate resilience in a fast pace working environments.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years prior work experience is an advantage
