**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Social Media Coordinator located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our brand image and its products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive customer acquisition through various social platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media plans aligned with marketing objectives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all channels.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and campaigns across social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and cultivate relationships with followers.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and managing campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly and absorb information well.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
