Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Branding Associate to support the end-to-end execution of our social media initiatives and branding activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and ensure brand consistency across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media

  • Manage daily content and posting across social media platforms.
  • Execute social media campaigns from planning to reporting.
  • Coordinate with designers/creators to produce engaging visuals and videos.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and channel performance.

Branding, In-App Communication & Offline Activation

  • Support the creation and execution of in-app communication materials (banners, pop-ups, PN, etc).
  • Assist in planning and executing offline activations or merchant-focused events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across social, in-app, and offline touchpoints.

Data & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze post-campaign performance reports (social, in-app, offline).
  • Provide key insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion, etc.) regularly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in social media, branding, or marketing communications.
  • Comfortable working with data and preparing performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of social media content and campaign execution.
  • Experience with in-app communication is a plus.
  • Basic design/video editing skills preferred.
