Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Manager at CPXi Asia. As a Social Media Manager, you will manage and execute social media marketing campaigns, create engaging content, develop content strategies, optimize social media platforms, and write copy. This role is located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Proficient in audience and buyer persona research.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation, including IG Reels/TikTok video production, is highly desirable.
Job Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with clients' marketing goals.
• Translate the strategy into professional presentation decks.
• Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster online communities.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and KPIs.
• Utilize and stay updated with the latest social media management tools and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Efficiently manage and allocate the social media budget.
