About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team at PT Fundo Sukses Bersama's new Brand MaidaGallery. In this contract position, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content and campaigns to help build our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Create and curate compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, follower growth, and sales.
  • Produce short-form videos, graphics, and multimedia content—ideating, scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Host or support live-selling sessions (TikTok/IG) with confidence and strong on-camera presence.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Track key metrics and provide regular insights and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in social media/content creation, ideally in digital marketing, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English & Indonesian, and a clear grasp of platform-specific content styles.
  • Creative, confident, energetic on camera—and just as effective behind the scenes.
  • Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and a strong visual sense.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop/Instagram Shop, live selling, and e-commerce workflows is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of trends, algorithms, analytics, and social media best practices.
  • Good sense of fashion trends and basic merchandising.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be based in Jakarta for on-site shoots and meetings.
