**Job Deskripsi**
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with company business’s needs.
- Coordinate with related team to create digital content for branding, promotions, product launching, etc.
- Manage the overall social media channel, especially answering comments & DMs in real time.
- Manage communication and build relationships with KOL/Influencers.
- 5. Stay up-to-dated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- 6. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have professional integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Joint Venture dengan TOTO Ltd Jepang Perseroan mencapai tonggak sejarah penting saat menjalin usaha bersama (joint venture) dengan TOTO Ltd Jepang pada Juli 1977. CV Surya, kemudian berubah nama menjadi PT Surya Toto Indonesia (STI). Usaha bersama ini merupakan pencapaian yang luar biasa bagi sebuah Perseroan Indonesia, mengingat joint venture ini adalah bentuk usaha kerjasama pertama kali di luar Jepang yang dijalin oleh TOTO Ltd. sejak Perang Dunia Kedua. Joint venture ini juga menunjukkan kepercayaan yang besar pada Perseroan serta pengakuan atas potensi Indonesia yang menjanjikan dalam hal sumber daya alam yang berlimpah, tenaga kerja yang terampil, dan biaya energi yang relatif lebih rendah. Pabrik produk saniter pertama kami mulai beroperasi pada tahun 1978 dengan 65 orang tenaga kerja. Di tahun 1980, Perseroan mulai mengekspor hasil produk saniternya ke mancanegara. Hal ini, menunjukkan kalau produk-produk Perseroan telah diakui kualitasnya di dunia internasional. Dengan produk dan layanan berstandar internasional, pada tahun 1981 Perseroan berhasil meraih sertifikat pengakuan dari Singapore Institute of Standard and Industrial Research (SISIR). Seiring berkembangnya Perseroan dan guna menunjang usaha produk saniter ini, pada tahun 1985 dibangunlah pabrik fitting (produk-produk saniter, seperti kran air, shower, dan lain sebagainya). Pabrik ini juga terus dikembangkan dengan berbagai fasilitas penyempurnaan, termasuk mesin pengecor kuningan dan mesin injeksi plastik.
