In order to support the **Operation Engineering** department at our factory in **Kumanovo,** we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm

**Tasks**:

- Plan, monitor and procure components, parts and equipment for his/her area of responsibility, as part of production orders
- Conduct calculations and conduct complex analyses
- Procure/disposition components, parts and equipment, in close cooperation with the person responsible for the order
- Assure monitoring of schedules with delivery dates and Handle and follow up on complaints
- Management of production equipment spare parts - selection, monitoring and control of spare parts in stock, suggestion about which spare parts will be needed in the future, coordination and monitoring of the spare parts orders and delivery
- Control (introduce, modify, change) maintenance activities for production equipment according to the situation on site. Supervise daily, weekly, monthly maintenance activities done by the Maintenance team

**Profile**:

- Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree or professional certification with limited experience or advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training
- 3 years experience in field
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office pack
- Good Knowledge of English language, basic knowledge of German will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanic and automatization systems
- Analytical Skills and Solving Problems
