To carry out all aspects in a key role of maintenance project planning and assist in all planning related topics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Maintenance supervisor to manage old core cleanliness and old core location for each component
- Work with Maintenance supervisor and warehouse team to manage workshop job both Overhaul/Midlife job and other day to day job.
- Ensure that all maintenance events on PM service have a work order raised, so cost and job histories can be captured accurately.
- Order all required parts required based on back logs for schedule work promptly and liaise with maintenance long-term planner also procurement/warehouse to ensure that these parts arrive onsite the planned date
- Organize with procurement/warehouse and maintenance planning coordinator to put ordered parts in temporary spare part container
- Ensure that all part/material required for scheduled and backlog work are available onsite before the work’s due to start, Inform the technical supervisor and planning teal if there is going to be supply delays.
- Liaise with onsite maintenance planning coordinator/shift planner to prepare all spare parts special tool, Liebherr support equipment, customer’s support equipment that required for PM service
- Work with the Supervisor Foreman / Leading Hand and peer group to ensure that all the company safety environment procedures are implemented and followed
- Ensure all environmental incidents are reported to your immediate superior
- Do not carry out any jobs without first raising a JSA before the job begins
- Ensure you wear the correct PPE for all jobs
- Report all safety incidents to your immediate superior or the Safety Officers, do not try to hide safety incidents
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Tabalong, South Kalimantan

**Competencies**:

- High/Vocational school or Bachelor Degree would be a beneficial
- Fluent in English
- 1 years experience in planning/scheduling would be a beneficial
- Capable to operate MS Office
- Has good Customer Service Skills
- Dedicated, confident and self motivated team player
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
- Have general knowledge of Heavy Equipment industry
- Eager to learn a new thing to develop personal skill
