**Role Overview**

As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll be part of AIZEN’s Product Team, working closely with other Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to build and improve our digital ecosystem. You’ll help turn ideas into features, manage product backlogs, and ensure we’re delivering value to our users and partners.

This is a great role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company at the intersection of mobility, fintech, and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support product managers in planning, scoping, and prioritizing product features.
- Help run the product development lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to launch and iteration.
- Maintain and update product documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance through analytics tools and user feedback.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Participate in user testing, competitor research, and market analysis.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- 0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data and metrics.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Interest in EVs, fintech, or sustainability.
- Previous internship or project work in tech or startups.
