- **Professional Feedback**:Observe and provide constructive professional feedback to all teachers as needed, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Onboarding Support**:Support the onboarding process for new local mitra, ensuring they are well-integrated and prepared for their roles.
- **Class Management**:Assist in managing cover and assignment of teachers for classes as needed, ensuring smooth operation and adequate staffing.
- **Administrative Support**:Collaborate with content ops, bizops, and other teams to support the administrative responsibilities of teachers, ensuring efficient operation.
- **Engagement Initiatives**:Oversee and initiate engagement activities for all teachers and staff, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- **Teaching Duties**:Support teaching duties as needed, including conducting trial classes, testing, covering classes, and participating in special events.

qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching and/or teacher coaching.
- Strong observational and feedback skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
