SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking an accountable and dynamic professional to strengthen Marketing department as the Retail Concept Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Jotun shop concept implementation following Jotun standard and support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Responsible for increasing brand awareness by implementing Company’s strategies and policies and localizing regional initiatives to achieve targeted market share.
- Secure local implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches.
- Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials and build relationships with relevant suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders.
- Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning in the market.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably experience in retail shop visual merchandising, shop decoration and familiar with interior design software.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Committed to travel to carry out shop concepts in different cities in Indonesia
