**Get to know the Team**:
Merchant Engagement is part of the Merchant Operations, looking into building effective programs to engage Grab merchant partners in Indonesia. We work with different teams and stakeholders across Grab (including GrabFood and GrabMart), and city operational teams to understand merchants’ needs; translating those needs into useful programs that can be implemented through different training methods for merchants.

**Get to know the Role**:
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
Daily responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Create and develop all training programs for merchant starting from new merchant, existing merchant and non-active merchant (for both Grabfood and Grabmart)
- Develop and analyze curriculum / training topics that are relevant to the merchant monthly
- Conduct and evaluate every training for merchant
- Collaboration with stakeholder to create engagement programs especially for non-merchant and existing merchant

**The Must-Haves**:

- At least 1 years’ proven work experience in communications or a similar position in a marketing or communications department
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and spoken language skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Strong communications especially for training skills with ability to train merchant via offline and online
- Possesses a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, navigate ambiguities and problem-solve in a logical manner
- Keen interest to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
