We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **F&B Purchasing** staff to manage the procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies for our outlets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all items are ordered on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily purchasing activities for food, beverage, and non-consumable items.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to get the best price and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and warehouse team to understand product needs and usage trends.
- Check and verify delivery orders, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and payment status.
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow the company’s SOP and budget guidelines.
- Assist in stock-take and monthly inventory report when needed.
- Constantly review supplier performance and source new vendors if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in F&B purchasing or similar role (min. 1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of food & beverage products and sourcing practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with basic inventory systems and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage confidential data.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
