**About Us**:
We are an upcoming restaurant concept located in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali, featuring a bold and vibrant menu centered around cocktails, smoked brisket, and artisanal pizza. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking a Purchasing Officer with a strong background in the hospitality and food & beverage industry to join our pre-opening team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and execute the end-to-end procurement process for food, beverage, and general supplies
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to forecast purchasing needs
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders while maintaining cost control and quality standards
- Maintain organized records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with the management team to align purchasing with budget and operational target
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing role within the hospitality or F&B industry
- Solid understanding of kitchen, bar, and restaurant operational needs
- Familiarity with supplier networks in Bali, particularly the Uluwatu area, is a strong advantage
- Proficient in inventory and procurement systems
- Working proficiency in English is preferred
