**What You'll Do**:

- Plan and develop the media strategy by develop consumer digital behavior insight and trends. Interpret research findings and generate consumer insight that enables creative communication solutions
- Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate media channels and Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Maintain a summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulus for further collation and benchmarking

**Who You Are**:

- 4 years' experience of digital media planning. Preferably Talent who used to join pitching.
- Understanding of digital landscape and key measurement metric and able to suggest tracking mechanism to ensure business result of each proposal
- Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST
- Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of Media Buying and Programmatic
- Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights
- Good command and fluent in Thai and English
