Job Description

Strategic Planning

  • Support management in executing the company's PDCA cycle (planning and review processes such as in COE).
  • Collect data and conduct research to support the development of company strategies.
  • Manage the company's strategic framework, from vision and mission to KPI formulation and departmental activity plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports, company reviews, ad-hoc management meetings, and follow up on meeting minutes (MOM).

Innovation

  • Facilitate and organize continuous improvement activities (training, campaigns, promotions, material collection, judging, conventions).
  • Collect and evaluate submitted improvement and innovation results.
  • Participate in external improvement or innovation programs held by partner organizations.
  • Document all processes and outcomes of improvement and innovation activities.

Supporting Tasks

  • Assist the Legal Department in preparing materials for Board of Commissioners meetings in line with the meeting agenda.
  • Prepare the company's Annual Report in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Facilitate project progress reviews to Management.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital Department in organizing internal management-employee engagement meetings (e.g., town hall sessions).

Authority

  • Provide research data, macroeconomic insights, industry analysis, and benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics & Business, Data Analytics/Information Systems, or Mathematics/Statistics.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft 365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven.
  • Willing to learn and eager to grow.
  • Committed to excellence, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
  • Able to think holistically and integrate multiple perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
