  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of agency distribution models and industry best practices
  • Experience with digital transformation and innovation in financial services
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of agency strategists and analysts

  • Drive innovation in agency operations, including digital transformation initiatives
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
  • Present strategic plans and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with agency partners and key industry players
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
