Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to management
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to define priorities and set measurable goals
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and track progress against KPIs, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Develop and present reports on strategic performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Studies markets and economic trends to develop investment strategies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify factors affecting investment performance and to evaluate risk.
  • Monitor and review investment performance regularly, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that portfolios remain aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
  • Monitor regulatory and policy developments relevant to the industry, assessing their potential impact on business strategy and operations
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic and operational risks, developing mitigation plans to safeguard business continuity and long-term objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
  • Experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
  • Familiarity with project management software to oversee strategic initiatives
