**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for lead and manage the warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and a collaborative work environment
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the assistance of the warehouse & production teams
- Review and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to accommodate future capacity requirements and improve workflow
- Create policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with quality systems
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation flow
- Oversee the receiving and outgoing of all stock items, materials and inventory, encompassing inspection, storage, and distribution, while strictly adhering to FIFO principles
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to enhance operational performance
- Ensure accurate documentation and labelling of all stock items to facilitate efficient tracking and traceability
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of materials warehouse management and quality inspection criteria is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate teams to achieve objectives and targets.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in GWMS systems.
- Able to speak English (Business level) or Japanese is advantageous.
